Great summary of Brussels. I totally agree with your status of the  trademark issue. 

With respect to MAPO it&#039;s probably not fair to say the GAC just raised it - as It was in their Nairobi communique also.    As you say, it&#039;s a tough issue to solve, but with enough focus and good faith discussion I think we&#039;ll get a workable solution.
