Minds + Machines pricing: simple, reasonable, clear.
Your price: a flat fee of only $100,000 per year, regardless of the number of domain names you register.
You pay $25,000 upon signing a contract with us, and $75K on January 12, 2012 (the first day of the application window). Each year thereafter, it’s a flat $100K. As part of our solution, we will provide auction and private sales services for your premium domains, for which we charge a 10% fee.
Our fees include everything in the standard path to a gTLD: application, reasonable contention and objection advice, launch planning and implementation, and transition to steady-state operations. We don’t supply legal services, and we reserve the right to ask for additional consulting fees if things get really complicated (unlikely, but it could happen). Also, your payment to us does not cover any fees charged by ICANN.
If your TLD is slow in starting, we offer a very reasonable price for great turnkey service. If you knock it out of the park, our unlimited-name pricing is fantastic. And if you’re a disadvantaged applicant, it’s even better: only $50K.
Exclusions: does not apply to high-volume, super-generic TLDs (for example, .music), or to geographical TLDs (for example, .berlin).
