IP Limits: set limits on X requests every Y minutes.
Network Limits: X requests every Y minutes.
Limit Action: If limit is met, Restrict and Notify, Notify by Email or Restrict and Notify.
Notification Email input email address of administrator
Black List: Never allowed to access WHOIS. Enter IP addresses (such as 10.1.1.128) or networks (such as 10.1.1.0/24) to block on separate lines.
White List: Always allowed to access WHOIS without limit. Enter IP addresses or networks to allow on separate lines.
Limit Message: Text displayed to WHOIS user upon reaching limit.
Terms and Conditions: Input text of terms of use for WHOIS services.
